DAY 1: NAIROBI – SIRIMON GATE – OLD MOSES CAMP (3,300m)
Early morning pickup from your Nairobi hotel and drive north to Mount Kenya National Park – Sirimon Gate. After registration and briefing, begin the trek through montane forest and bamboo vegetation.
The trail gradually opens into moorland zones with scenic views. Arrive at Old Moses Camp in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 2: OLD MOSES CAMP – SHIPTONS CAMP (4,200m)
After breakfast, continue trekking through dramatic alpine scenery with views of Mackinder Valley. The trail passes through high-altitude moorlands and unique vegetation such as giant lobelias and groundsels.
Arrive at Shiptons Camp in the afternoon. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and acclimatizing.

After descending back to Shiptons Camp, enjoy breakfast and rest for the remainder of the day.
